the other day i was wandering around liberty’s 4th floor with my fragrance guru jonas. he told me about aesop’s trial and other perfume gossips.
i pointed at a large chapstick that he said he had and loved. chapstick is a necessity for me. i have this horrible habit of touching my lips, and the only thing
that stops me doing so is if i constantly apply lipstick.i can’t not have chapstick on me. at the gym, at the baths i take, at any walk i go on, at any desk i sit at.
i’m not really a fan of rhode and summer fridays chapsticks.
i’m sure they are great, they look great, but there’s something infinitely more chic about old chapstick brands and the fonts they use.
portugal and france do it so well.
the best chapstick i have tried is from french pharmacies.
everything about it is unintentionally chic. and speaking of fonts and words, my favourite package ever is from carmed, a brazilian brand.
